Totally recommend for a weekend outing

Friendly staff, reliable management, with their assistance, I was able to sort my travel plans in no time and the complimentary coca tea was a thoughtful touch for helping guests acclimate to the altitude.

Nothing negative to say.

The bagged breakfast was amazing with a good choice of items to choose from. The setting was incredible, close enough to main square and quiet location, the local market and the centre of the building.

Thoroughly enjoyed our beautifully designed and reasonably large rooms in this hotel.

The breakfast was enjoyable and amazing, with a very nice view and well priced. The hotel was in a good and fantastic location right by Cuzco historical center, and the Plaza de Armas for what we wanted it for. Furthermore, in a peaceful neigborhood.

The beautiful views from my room were amazing 🌄 The super nice team, bringing breakfast right to my room, but there were some noise issues at times.

The rooms are neat with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, 10 minutes' walk to a peruvian plaza.

We had a fantastic stay, the hotel was wonderful, fairly clean, with lovely location at the San Blas area where famous crafters in art were available...

El Mariscal offered a cozy retreat with friendly staff eagerly accommodating my needs. I enjoyed the good breakfast and daily cleaning, although the noise from the hallway was a bit disruptive at times. A charming experience amidst the vibrant Cusco culture.

I appreciated having breakfast options that could be delivered to my room. After a long day of exploring, it was nice to return to a clean room with a hot shower. This laid-back experience reminded me of relaxed travels in Italy with my partner.

The friendly staff greeted me with coca tea, a nice touch for acclimatizing. My room was spacious and offered beautiful views of the city. Plus, they cleaned my room daily.

Just a prime choice for a brief hiatus in Cusco with very good value for money. The massive, comfortable bed in the king suite was a nice surprise after a long trek. Make sure to ask about bag storage if you plan on hiking.

The location was tranquil, a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the center, great for restful sleep despite the altitude. The warmth of the staff was really good, providing breakfast at dawn before my early tours and ensuring I had fresh tea available at all times. A lack of sound insulation was good, compounded by occasional barking outside. The rooms were cozy, but the coldness during winter was noticeable, needing better heating solutions.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Queen Room. The staff provided free coca tea and stored my bags while I visited Aguas Calientes. Breakfast was good and served at my preferred time, even for my early departure. The location is convenient for bus access to Machu Picchu 🏨

The hotel's staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and attention. Rooms were clean, and the breakfast was a good treat. It was a solid experience worth repeating.
